Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026. These terms cover your use of this website and of our junk car pickup service.
About these terms
By using this website or booking a pickup with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
Our service
We buy junk, old and unwanted vehicles and remove them free of charge in Seattle and nearby Washington cities. We may decline a pickup, for example when the vehicle is outside our service area or the paperwork is not in order.
Offers
The price we offer depends on several factors: the year and model, the condition of the vehicle, the demand for its parts, its weight and size, and the distance it needs to be towed. Our offer is based on the information you give us about the vehicle.
Some vehicles that are incomplete (a shell) are subject to a fee if picked up by us, or can be declined.
Ownership and paperwork
When you sell us a vehicle, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to sell it, and that the documents you provide are genuine. Washington State law requires one of the following before a vehicle can be disposed of: the Title, an Affidavit in Lieu of Title, or a Junk Vehicle Affidavit. If you do not have any of these but the vehicle is registered in your name in Washington, call us and we will tell you what is needed. Our paperwork guide explains the options.
Pickup
We agree on a pickup time with you. If you need to change or cancel a pickup, please call us at (206) 941-0612 as early as you can. Please make sure the driver can safely reach and load the vehicle, and tell us in advance about garages, tight driveways or parking lots.
Remove all personal belongings before the pickup. Once the vehicle is towed away, we cannot guarantee that items left inside can be found or returned.
Payment
We pay you in cash on the spot at pickup, after the driver has checked the vehicle and the paperwork. Towing is free.
After the sale
Washington DOL asks sellers to file a Report of Sale within 5 days of the sale and to remove their license plates. These steps are your responsibility as the seller and protect you from liabilities connected to the vehicle after it is sold.
