Testimonials

I had a non running car we needed removed immediately and I contacted Cash for Cars. They were very responsive and quick to pick up the vehicle the same day! They offered me a fair price to junk the car. The tow truck driver was a very hard worker. The vehicle had a front flat tire and he was going to swap it for a back tire. He removed the rear tire and unfortunately the front hubcap had a lock and we did not have the key. He just shrugged and smiled and put the tire back on and arranged to tow it differently. It was refreshing that despite all obstacles, he remained very friendly and a smile on his face the entire time he was working. I highly recommend this business.

These guys are awesome. I had a car with a lost title. They walked me through the process at the dmv as well as did a same day pick up. The guys at the shop were helpful and nice. The driver that came and picked the car up was fast and knew exactly had to fill the paper work out and their pricing was fair for the car they were taking.

I’ve been dealing with cars and junkers and mechanic specials my entire life and they made the process flawless.

From the initial call to come get the car to pick up and payment was maybe 2 hours total and it really made the transaction easy.

10 out of 10 would recomend!

Called this morning to have our old truck removed since it no longer ran. Got a call back really quick and even though we didn’t have the right paperwork they walked us through exactly what we needed and even sent picture examples. We were still able to get same day pick up and it was free of charge. Oscar, the tow truck driver was amazing and so kind. He was actually able to start up the truck enough to move it for the tow and never made us feel like the job was difficult. He was very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. Would highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend. They were able to arrive early for pick-up after confirming that would work. After the driver arrived and started to load the car, I found out we didn't have all the paperwork needed for transfer of the vehicle, even after he had asked me to confirm that I had the right documents beforehand and expressly told me which I would need. He handled it more graciously than I would have, told me to contact him when I had what the paperwork, and unloaded the car. Three weeks later when I had all the paperwork, he scheduled a next day morning pick-up, was on time and got it removed quickly. Could have been a frustrating situation as he had expressly asked me to confirm I had the right stuff and I messed it up, but it was handled extremely professionally and efficiently.

This was such an easy and stress-free experience! I just texted a photo of the title and within about an hour the car was towed away. It was my 83 year old dad's car and he wasn't feeling well, so they were even fine with me bringing the signed title to the tow site and handling things for him. Once the driver was there, it was literally like 3 minutes and all was done. It's wonderful to work with a local business and not a national chain.100% recommend!

Excellent Service. People in this business are polite, understanding, knowledgeable, and very professional. They guide us what to do and pick up our car out of overly charged Lynn's towing co. in a short time the same day.

I highly recommend "Cash For Cars-Free Junk Cars Removal" to all my friends and will do business in the future as needed. Thank you so much for cash and professional service.

🕊️THEY RESCUED US! Made a call and was greeted right away and treated so kind. They were able to get us in that day. Couldn't believe it! They communicated where the tow was coming from and estimated time. Driver was in full contact with us. They even paid on the spot. Process not only super easy but being treated so kind is priceless.

This was after being scheduled with another company that has a very trying and difficult process.

Their tow driver talked down to us and said they couldn't do the tow after we waited 4 hours and had to schedule days prior.

Everyone at this company was extremely professional, efficient, and prompt. The person who answered the phone quickly assisted me in scheduling a same-day pickup service. The person that picked up the vehicle was on time as promised and was very helpful in getting my vehicle removed. Eventhough the battery was dead, he still was able to move the vehicle out of my internal driveway by driving it in neutral. I was impressed with the service that was provided by the team and the company. I highly recommend this company for any vehicle removal service.

This gentleman was very understanding and was willing to give me the best deal for my mom's wrecked vehicle. He showed compassion and helped me empty the trunk of things that were forgotten about. He showed up within 20 minutes of our phone call. He is skilled at getting into tight spaces and doing the removal within minutes. I recommend him and his services to anyone that needs an honest opinion and respects value in a hard days work. This kind of customer care is hard to find these days. Thank you Sir, for helping me say goodbye to bad memories. Stay blessed ❤️

I didn't catch the gentlemans name who handled my business but he was a delight to work with from start to finish. The initial phone call was quick and low pressure which I really like. I think I waited maybe 2 or 3 hours for a pick up but it didn't even feel like that because I was doing chores around the house. When he arrived for the pick up it was quick and painless. He had a great sense of humor and was off with my POS dodge stratus in less than 10 minutes. It was wonderful. Very glad I got the nerve to call. 😺

I called several services and no one would consider picking up my cars due to the fact they in my backyard at the muddy time of the year. This company not only came over within 30 minutes of my call in the evening but we're also professional and extremely nice and I highly recommend them to anyone in pinch needing cars removed to get on with their day. Thank you so much for your service. These days it's really tough to find good professional help. It made my day!

My car was broken on highway, it was memorial day, i tried to call every one, but they all closed, i spoke with Andi, he was so professional, he responded right away, calling his driver saying it’s emergency, and his driver was amazing as well, he showed up in 15 min, Andi stayed following with me over the phone, i would recommend them for anyone, it was pleasure and easy working with Andi and Jose

Man this company came in the clutch. Call them for a quick haul. Because another company told me they couldn’t make it. Call them and ask if they pick up same day because it was later on in the afternoon.

And made the walk through how to fill out the title, and everything. Quick and easy.

Would recommend them if you need something haul right away. Great company!!!!

Easy peasy! Called and came same day. The person was spoke to was very friendly.

They sent a pickup company. We got 2 old trucks picked up. One was difficult to get out as he had to go through the alley but he did it!! He didn’t speak English and couldn’t really understand but didn’t stop anything from getting the job done! Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing and reliable!!! I called for removal of a SUV and was immediately greeted by a gentleman more than willing to help! The phone call was short but very professional. They were at my residence with a quickness, less than an hour, and my vehicle was towed no muss no fuss. Will definitely be recommending and calling them again should I need their assistance. Well what can I say. I have an old truck my uncle gave it to me. 35 years ago I used it a few times parked it. My neighbors hated it being a DYII guy. I rented a truck and a trailer to scrap it out realizing it was more than I could handle I push it off the trailer from the trailer returned the truck my wife made it very clear it goes or I go but hours on the phone stumbled across this number by accident they came and it’s gone life here is wonderful!!!

Quick and Friendly Service. Called in the morning. They were able to pick up within the next 2 hours. Just sign title and they Paid Cash. Car was gone in minutes. Highly recommend if you’re looking to junk a vehicle.

Quick and easy!! The gentleman in the office was very polite and offered a fair price to remove a non-op vehicle that had been a nuisance for longer than it should have! They made scheduling easy and when the driver showed up he was professional and friendly! It feels good to work with a small business that has a great attitude!!

These guys are great and professional. I had a car needed to get rid of. I call them up they gave me a quote and scheduled a pick time. They worked with me and my work schedule for pickup. Got cash and rid of my car no longer needed win win for me. I definitely recommend them and will use them in future if needed.

Amazing! Above and beyond. We had an old car that no longer ran. Cash for Cars coordinated with us quickly --we got a warning from the city. If we didn't move, we would get a ticket. We had moved. Cash for Cars verified paperwork through text exchanges and then met us to sign documents -- like magic, problem solved. So grateful. We highly recommend!
